Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor Grade – I
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in in Economics or Accounting or Management or Business Administration or Finance and Accounting or other business related field of study with 2(Two) years of experience in Banking operations.
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.

Position 2: Senior Office Engineer
Educational Level and work Experience: MSc/BSc degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology and Management/related field with minimum of 6/8 years’ total experience in Supervision and Contract Administration Works out of which (4) years of senior level experience as Office Engineer, Contract Administration Engineer/Project Coordinator/related assignments. Experience with Design build Projects is preferred.
Senior Office Engineer is responsible to provide regular reports to the Project Manager and provide inputs for the periodic and final reports to inform key stakeholders on project progress. Manage contractors and contract execution to ensure delivery according to the scope, budget and time and in compliance with the technical documentation. Ensure that proper documentation is kept, recording all correspondences, work orders, variations, contract documents, design reviews, and meeting minutes in related to projects that Abay Bank is Currently undergoing. Responsible for the timely follow up and monitoring of projects activity with respect to schedule, and budget, periodically monitor physical progress on site, checking payment certificates, reviewing variations, omission and addition. Preparation of Bill of quantities, specification, cost estimate and tender documents for projects as needed.

Position 3: Cashier
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study with two years’ work experience in cash management.
The Cashier is responsible to keep dual control of vault key; overviews and checks all cash processes are properly executed and ensures compliance with all internal controls standards and limits; arranges cash shipment to and from issue account unit/division; prepares and signs the daily cash book; verifies cash in CROs’ boxes;

Position 4: Auditor
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.
Auditor is responsible to Performs audit, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditee’s’ processes and procedures, Compiles and prepares reports of audit findings, Conducts rectification follow-up & Conduct special investigation/fraud investigation audit.

Position 5: Security Operation Centre (SOC) Analyst
Educational Level and work Experience: BSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or related fields with a minimum 3 years of direct experience in a Security Operation Centre. Should have good knowledge in TCP/IP Packet Analysis, Log correlation and analysis. Should have a practical experience with IBM QRadar, Arcsight or Splunk.
SOC Analyst is responsible to work in 24/7 shifts performing real-time monitoring of security alerts generated by various security. Review the most recent SIEM-SOAR alerts to see their relevance and urgency. Evaluate incidents escalated by junior SOC analysts. Review false positives. Tune matching Rules. Carries out in-depth threat intelligence analysis. Pinpoint affected systems and the extent of the attack. Analyzes running processes and configurations on affected systems. Respond to security incidents. Forensic investigation Document closed security incidents.
CEH, CSA and CHFI are advantageous

Position 6: Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Civil
Educational Level and work Experience: BSc. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or any relevant field of stud with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing, estimation and valuation.
Collateral valuator and Engineer is responsible to collects and check authenticity of all collateral property documents. He/she observes, measures, takes pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data of collateral properties; interprets the data, estimates value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports;

Position 7: Branch Manager – Grade -I
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 3(Three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Position 8: Manager – Interest Free Banking
Educational Level and work Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations of which Four (4) Years in IFB Operation’s.
The Manager is responsible for Developing draft IFB resource mobilization strategy, guidelines/techniques and compile and share best practices/experiences. Prepare IFB deposit performance report of districts/branches and submit for review. Follow-up the rectification of internal audit report findings and settlement of escalated long outstanding items. Attend to queries of branches in their day to day IFB operations. Regularly assess key IFB resource opportunity areas and identify corporate deposit customers.
