The current capital of the bank is 4.733 Billionor Four Billion Seven Hundred Thirty Three Million Birr as on the 30th of June, 2023 and the total number of share owners increased to 4,437/ Four Hundred Thirty Seven.

Position 1: Senior Interest Free Bank Operations Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA degree in Economics/Accounting/ Management /Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in banking operations of which 2 years in IFB operations area.
The Officer is accountable to oversee and assist branches and IFB activities within the District Office. He/she ensures that procedures are followed regularly and that risks are appropriately managed; coaches and motivates employees to ensure the delivery of top-quality service; ensures the timely clearance of suspense accounts and supervises the IFB portfolio management and risk at the transaction level;

Position 2: Senior Auditor
Experience and Qualification: BA degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administrationor Finance and Accounting, or any business similar field of study. at least four years experience in bank operations.
The Senior Auditor is accountable to determine the scope, objectives and method of the audit. They also prepare an audit plan. Establishes the auditing procedure to be followed, which includes sampling methods. Conducts audit professionally and in conformity with the approved auditing program.
Conducts audits, which include identifying and defining the issues and criteria, establishing criteria, reviewing the evidence and analysing it, as well as documenting the auditee’s procedures and procedures.
Communicates the outcomes of audits and consulting engagements through orally-presented reports on a regular basis to the management of the auditee. Conduct special investigation/fraud investigation audit.

Position 3: Manager – Credit Business
Qualification and Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management/Accounting, Financeor Economics/Business Administration or any related subject with a minimum of 8/10 years’ work experience in banking. Of which, four (4) years in the Credit Management.
The Manager who is responsible for Targets potential customers, identifies their requirements, recruits and establish credit relationships.
Provides advice/consults to customers on the credit process terms, types such as eligibility, utilization debt servicing, and cross-sells of products. Checks all the necessary documents for loan processing.
Collects sufficient financial and non-financial data concerning the borrower. Facilitates collateral estimation, credit information, and legal opinion, and loan and mortgage contracts preparation, .Follows repayment/utilization of the loan & Design negotiation strategies to resolve NPLs and negotiates with customer for amicable settlement.

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade I
Qualifications and Experiences: BA in Management or Economics/Accounting and Finance Marketing Banking & Finance / Business Administration or any other business-related area of study, with 6 years of working in the banking industry including 2 years were spent in supervisory positions.
The Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the general activities of the branch and monitors and evaluates Branch’s activities/targets against established performance criteria.
He/she coaches and motivates the customer service personnel who are responsible for providing excellent service. He/she helps identify and recruit prospective customers and offers professional guidance.
