Experience:- At least 2 years of banking experience.
Job Goal:
To advertise the product and service offered by banks to meet customers’ requests and to provide fast and high-quality services to customers in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and any other applicable regulations.

Position 2: Banking Operation Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields to business.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in banking.
Job Goal:
To meet the needs of customers and to provide effective and high-quality service or reconciliation books of accounts, checks and record transactions, and also keeping documents from the branch in accordance with guidelines, policies, guidance and any other applicable regulation.
Where to work: Dire Dawa District, Hawassa District
Position 3: Grade I Branch Business Manager
Education: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing and Finance, banking and Finance, Economics or other related business fields.
Experience: At least 4/6 years of banking experience. Experience in supervisory roles is beneficial.
Job Goal:
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the branch’s marketing and sales activities by mobilizing resources, expanding access to branches through digital banking, as well as efficient and top-quality service delivery to customers in a constant manner at the branch at all times according to the Bank’s policies guidelines, procedures, and any other relevant regulation.
Where to Working: Hawassa District, Dire Dawa District
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
Education MA/BA degree in Management, Accounting Marketing, Banking and Finance Economics or another related field to business.
Expertise: 6/8 years of banking experience. Supervisory experience is beneficial.
Job Goal:
Ensure that the general operations of the branch are carried out in accordance with the Bank’s policies, guidelines, procedures, and other relevant regulations.
