- Ability to respond to simple client requests and instructions, and to advise and resolve most issues and requests.

Position 2: Branch Manager I
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or related fields such as Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, etc.
Experience Minimum of seven (7) professional years at a Bank, including one (1) year as a Customer Services Manager.
Job Description
The Branch Manager plans, organizes, leads, and controls the banking activities at a branch. S/he ensures that all staff adheres to the operating procedures, rules and code of practice of the Bank, regulators directives, and country law. S/he will coordinate the sales/business-development efforts of the branch.
Branch managers will also guide branch operational excellence and lead customer service initiatives. S/he must prepare and submit the annual budget, workplan, activity and progress report. The jobholder will also be involved in various community activities, and will keep in touch with the business community in order to promote the services offered by the Bank.
Candidates for managerial positions must possess the following key competencies and skills:
