Position 1 Customer Service Executive II
Qualifying:BA with a degree in Banking & Finance Accounting Business Administration, Economics Management, and other related areas.
Experiential: 1 year of experience working in the banking industry in the form of CSO, CSR, CSE or a similar position.
The purpose of the job: To enhance customer satisfaction by addressing front-line customer service tasks with care and with maximum efficiency ; enhance the efficiency of the Branch’s resource mobilization through cross-selling products and services of the Bank.

Position 2 :Sr. Branch Operations Support Officer
Qualification: Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Experiential: Five/5 years of relevant experience in banking. Two and a half years of officer experience.
Scope of the Job: To facilitate and offer regular assistance to regional offices/branches in their endeavor to expand branches and mobilization of resources
Location of Working: South East District (Addis Ababa)
Position 3 Director of Compliance
Qualification: BA in Business Management/Accounting/Economics or any other related fields
Experiential Experience 5/5 years of experience, preferably in the banking industry of which two years on officer positions.
Scope of the Job: To provide proactive and efficient compliance management using anti-money laundering/counter Terrorist Financing as well as other national and international regulatory requirements through the development and implementation of an active and risk-based compliance management strategy; and Implement due diligence in Counter-Money Laundering and Anti-Money Terrorist Financing transactions.
Location of Employment: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Learning & Development Officer
The qualification: BA in Management, Business Management Administration, Development Management, Public administration as well as Development Management or other related areas
Expertise: 5/5 years of experience, with a preference for banking of which two years on the officer level.
The purpose of the job: To implement learning and development programs that aim to ensure the ongoing existence of highly skilled staff who possess the skills needed to meet the bank’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Location of Employment: Addis Ababa
position 5: Security guard I (Male)
Qualification: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experiential: two/2 years of relevant experience in Police/military service
Age Between 25-50
The purpose of the job: To support the Bank’s operations by ensuring the security and safety of the bank and its employees and to ensure secure customer service and a warm surroundings.
