Position: HR Officer

Skills, Experience & Education:

A First-Class Degree degree with a First Degree in Human Resources, Management or related fields of study with at least 3 years of relevant experience working related to Human Resource Management. Coca Cola Vacancy – HR Officer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. HR Administration and Query Handling
  • Conforms to the procurement policy and procedures.
  • Assists in SAP functional queries such as navigation, transactional and problem solving to ensure an efficient and professional HR service is available to clients.
  • Redirects inquiries to HRBP or Specialist Learning & Development (incl TM and OD) when the issues cannot be solved.
  • Sends any payroll-related information promptly to the payroll team.
  • Processing and coordinating loans and ensures that the proper application procedures are observed.
  1. Talent Management Support
  • Conducts background checks for possible candidates.
  • conducts Competency Based Assessments for prospective candidates.
  • Completes Employee Take-off – processes SAP (including the payroll interface).
  • Assist employees in arranging their relocation in accordance with the policy on relocation.
  • Helps Specialist in managing the Engagement Survey process.
  • Assists as HR representative during interviews when needed.
  • Assists in onboarding new employees.
  1. Learning & Development Support
  • Assists the Learning & Development Specialist with managing, securing sites and liaison with pertinent site-based stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient running of training
  • Assistance with administration and collection regarding bursary and study assistance applications.
  1. Office administration complete
  • Manages day-today administrative tasks in the office to ensure that all paperwork can be efficiently and punctually processed, while also providing high-quality service.
  • Assures that all administrative functions that all administrative activities are in line with the standards set by the client and pertinent corporate policies and processes (100 100 percent accurate, punctual, etc. ).
  • Assists with phone calls received, and if required changes the route as minimally to the customer as is possible.
  • All customers are treated in respect, dignity and respect in all instances.
  • The requests are processed promptly properly and clearly.
  • The records are maintained, kept and updated according to the company procedures and access is managed.
  • Co-ordinates various HR activities.
  1. HR Reporting
  • Creates HR reports, analyzes trends and provides reports on these.
  • Offers customer reports as and when required.
  • Reports are in compliance with the requirements of the client (on time and completely precise and also meet any other specific requirements of the customer as per the specifications established in the HRBP).
  • Helps maintain a positive service culture
