Position 1: Customer Service Officer – I


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Finance Accounting, Economics Management, or related areas.

Work Experience

  • 1-year relevant experience

The objective of this job is to provide customer service to pay, receive and transfer cash and process transactions. offer the services and products that the institution offers, attract new customers, establish and maintain customer accounts while managing customer relationships. making sure that customers are satisfied with the maximum effort and the highest level of diligence in accordance with the policy and procedures that the institution.

Location: Jigjiga

Position 2: Customer Service Officer III – Accounts


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related areas.

Minimum Work Experience

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience including two years as CSO II or higher, or equivalent

This job is responsible for assisting customers as well as managing customer relations. making sure customers are satisfied by using all effort and care; to promote the services and products of the bank, to acquire new customers, and establish and maintain accounts for customers. to pay cash and process transactions according to the guidelines and policies that the institution follows.

Position 4: Customer Service Officer III – Cash


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related areas.

Minimum Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience including two years at CSO II or higher, or equivalent

The job entails overseeing the movement of cash at the bank, and responding to requests for cash from Branches in a proactive way and coordinating and managing activities for clearing cheques, as well as preparing revisions and a follow-up of the budget of the bank.

Position 5: Principal Officer, IT Projects


  • Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Education with a focus on Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, Project Management or related areas


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience including one year as an Officer in the Senior Office as a Professional or Expert

The post is accountable to provide project management support to one or several of the innovation and IT programs or projects that are put together to enable efficient managing of project(s) and includes the identification, prioritization, and directing projects to meet specific goals of the business.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Section Head, Mobile & Agent Banking

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree from Information Technology/Computer Science or Communications, or any other fields of study.

Experience at least 5 years of relevant work experience and one and a half years as a the Principal/Sr. Officer

This job is responsible for the development of convenient and efficient mobile, as well as agent-based banks distribution channels.

Position 7: Section Head, IT Risk


  • Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or the related field and the relevant Risk Management certification


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and 2 years as a Senior Officer or 1 year as the Principal Officer in a supervisory role

The position is responsible for assisting manager, Operational and Information Technology Risk in the information technology risk management processes, assuring control of risk management, establishing and implementing the policy for security as well as applicable standards; and ensuring compliance with the privacy, security, contractual and compliance requirements via strategy formulation and implementation
