Position 1: Junior Internal Auditor

Education Level and Work experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management and Business Administration or Finance and Accounting, or an equivalent business-related study field having 2 years working experience in banking operations

It is the Junior Internal Auditor. It is responsible for performing audits at the bank branch. This includes finding and delineating problems, establishing standards, and reviewing and analyzing the evidence and documentation of auditees’ practices and policies. They conduct interviews, survey review documents and create work papers. He or she determines, formulates and documents audit concerns and suggestions for improvement based on an independent judgment regarding the areas to be reviewed. He/she creates reports and compiles the audit results.

Position 2: Administrative Assistant

Education Level and Work Experiential Experience B.A./Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Service Management with two/four years of work experience.

An Administrative Assistant is accountable for registering and filing letters, Circulars, minutes, and memoranda, among other things. Schedules appointments, screen visitors and organizes contact numbers between supervisors. Maintains the files of correspondents and other sensitive materials, small cash. Opens mail, sort and route all mail that comes in.

Position 3: Management Assistant

Education and Work experience Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Secretarial Science along with Office Management, Administrative Service Management and a minimum of three years of working experience.

Management Assistants are responsible for carrying out essential secretary duties (organizing the records, typing and computer knowledge abilities, customer handling and communications skills) • Files and registers documents such as minutes, letters, memos, and the office equipment; monitor guests, make appointments, and organizes phone calls with supervisors and to them.

Position 4: Building Management Officer (Mechanical)

Educational Qualification and Work Skills: BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering at least four years’ work experience (Preferably within the Banking Industry).

The Building Manager (Mechanical) is accountable for the preparation of technical specifications for a variety of machines and vehicles according to the Bank’s standard requirements. Analyze and assess tender/bid documents. Create a technical evaluation report document for the facilities and procurement department. Gives technical reasons for the bid evaluation reports. Offers advice on technical aspects to the facilities and procurement department regarding the current and newly bought mechanical devices and vehicles. Inspect and approve the newly purchased mechanical equipment and vehicles. Give professional advice and support as needed.

Position 5: Senior IT Auditor

Education and work experience: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar Information Technology areas with at least four years of relevant job experience

Senior I.T. Auditors are responsible for determining the goals and methodology for auditing and developing an auditing program. Conducts audits by reviewing the I.T. applications and systems through the lens of security (confidentiality integrity, availability and confidentiality), quality (effectiveness and effectiveness) and trust (compliance and dependability), as well as service and capability. Determines, formulates and records audit-related issues and suggestions for improvement based on independently-judged judgments regarding the examined aspects. Makes oral or written presentations to the Manager of the auditee when and after the end of the audit; they examine the findings and make the recommendations. Conduct special investigation/fraud investigation audit.

Position 6: Senior Building Management Officer

Education Level and Work experience: BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and management or another relevant area of study that requires at least five years of experience in Architectural Design and Supervision Quantity Surveying. Experiential experience in the banking sector is advantageous.

Senior Building Management Officers are accountable for preparing Interior Design for the office, planning and designing the layout of branches and specification of work to be completed, as well as supervising construction projects, preparing cash payments to cover the cost of work, and verifying each construction work to ensure that they conform to the specifications.

Position 8: Branch Manager Grade I

Education Level and Work Experience: B.A. in Management or Economics, Accounting and finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related subject with at least four years of experience working with banking operations of two (2) years as a supervisor.

The Manager oversees and plans all activities within the Branch. The Manager also follows up and assesses the Branch’s performance/targets based on the established performance standards. They motivate and coach the staff in charge of customer services to provide top-quality customer service. The person in charge of identifying and recruiting new customers and giving expert assistance.
