Minimum Requirements:
- MA/MSC, BA/BSC in education Special needs education Education Planning & Management Educational leadership, or social sciences with a minimum of one year experience in MA/MSC, two years experience for those with degrees with 5 years of work in the field of diploma holders, and above preferred in the field of education in emergency as well as displacement settings
- Experience collaboration with counterparts from the government, as well as other partners at the regional and woreda level, and NGO experience, is an advantage. A good understanding of the education sector in the Tigray region.
- Experience in the facilitation of workshops or training
- Effective interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a multi-sectoral group.
- The ability to speak the Tigrigna language is advantageous if you can write and speak English abilities as in good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computers: Working knowledge (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).
