Position 1 :Senior Officer – Core Systems

Educational: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related areas.

The minimum work experience Minimum experience: 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of experience as an Officer II or equivalent.

The administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing Databases, Core Banking System (CBS) and Integrate other systems relying upon Core system. Core system.

Principal Duties:

  • Develop agile processes for development and Systems
  • Change requests are implemented on the bank’s core system
  • manage the End of Day and End Month operations for the Core Systems.
  • On-call support and maintenance of development, production and testing environments for diverse applications
  • Follow-up with support and users staff on open service request and trouble tickets, including phone and email-based support calls.
  • Test and deployment of software fixes, minor and major releases that are received from the solution suppliers.
  • Projects can be run from a technical point of view.
  • Assist in any other tasks that may be given from time to time.

Position 2: Deputy Manager of the Banking Center II

(For Sebeta Banking Center)

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Finance Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related areas

Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in the CSO III/Senior Officer, and 1 year experience as the Principal Officer in a supervisory role

The incumbent is accountable for supporting the Branch Manager with the activities of the banking Center; ensuring its efficient operation and the achievement of the plan of action of the bank as well as its set goals; supervise the day-to-day activities, deposit mobilization and credit processing, trade service requests and other banking services for retail customers as well as ensure that the functions of the center are carried out in accordance with the guidelines as well as procedures set by the Bank and other relevant NBE guidelines.
