Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for the role of Procurment Specialist and Production Team Leader.We are looking for passionate, capable, and competent candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus.
Position 1: Procurement Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education:
First Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management/ Management,/ Accounting or related field of studies with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in both Foreign and Local Procurement
- Possessing a driving license is mandatory.
The position is structured to report to the Procurment Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contract Management
- Keeping update and neat contract files
- Follow up on active contract and ensure contract to be expired on or before 2 months for extension.
- Compliance
- Ensure procurement process is fully done per the procurement policy and working procedure.
- Weekly follow up of open PR’s and PO’s status
- Weekly check up on system to make sure that overall PO’s will be taken care off
- Check and assist if goods receiving vouches is not issued delivered.
- Follow up OTIF and confirm PO is closed property.
- Runing management routine as per the management routine distributed for all Procurement specialist and come up with issue/ challenges for discussion with country procurement manager.
- Supplier Evaluation
- Ensure supplier evaluation is conducted timely
- Follow up on supplier evaluation result and arrange meeting with CPM for suppliers with below 80% score
- Weekly follow up of open PR’s and PO’s status, weekly check up on system to make sure that overdue PO’s will be taken care off
- Reporting
- Ensure POV files gets update and communicated with group office before due date
- Ensure all raw material, chemicals and consumable stock balance, GIT, ..etc is analysed on a weekly basis and highlighted risk weekly if stock plus GIT will not cover for one quarter
- Provide weekly update regarding progress of sample test, AW approval for new supplier development or in AW change process.

Position 2: Production Team Leader
Skills, Experience & Education:
First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment
The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager-Packaging and will manage process artisan, casual workers and others. The incumbent is responsible to lead the SBU in the execution of the production plan, ensuring that product meets all quality specifications, asset care through autonomous maintenance tasks and the resolution of production problems.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. People practices
• Coach team members in the correct execution of their tasks (operational and technical).
2. To drive WCM initiatives on own shift
• Communicates work practice deployment plans and ensures team buy-in.
3. Operating and Process Control
• Ensuring that team members understand and adhere to the operational, quality and process standards, work instructions and maintenance schedules, work practice deployment plans and performance target.
4. Maintenance of Plant and Equipment
• Check that the team members, carry out required autonomous maintenance tasks and any required running repairs on shift in accordance with work instructions and maintenance schedules.
5. Quality Control and Analysis
• Ensure that the team members understand and adhere to quality standards
6. Communication
• Communicate team goals and regularly review to ensure team alignment
7. Problem solving
• Coach and support team members in using the correct problem-solving techniques (such as 5Why, quick fix, OPL’s etc.) to solve situational problems.
8. Continuous Improvement
• Ensure that SIC mechanisms are in place to track and monitor waste (e.g. mass balance)
