TEBITA was founded with the goal of reducing severe injuries, mortality, and morbidity of people involved in accidents and patients with emergency medical conditions. Proper emergency medical services contribute to a patient’s recovery and rehabilitation.
Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Service PLC (TEBITA) is the first private pre-hospital emergency medical service providing company in Ethiopia. It was founded in 2008. The level of care in the ambulance is cascaded and set on Advanced and Basic Life support as per the national protocol requirement.
Position 1: Office Assistant
Education:
- College Diploma or level III or IV in Secretarial science and Office Management or equivalent is required.

Competences
- Computer skill in MS-Word, Ms-Excel and outlook
- Typing skills, both in Amharic and English is essential
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Position 2: Accountant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Required number: 2
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or manufacturing sector.
Competence:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Peachtree) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
