Awach SACCO Is a saving and credit cooperative established on 13/07/1999 E.C. in Arada Sub-city by Mr. Zerihun Sheleme, founder and general manager with 41 initial members. having in mind a long-range objective of encouraging saving mobilization culture and loan provision in the community with a strong commitment and belongingness, coupled with shared visions of the founders; Awach became a truly serving financial institution within a few years after the establishment.
Position 1: Junior Accountant Maker
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or a related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher and passed the exit exam with a good point.
- Fluency in English and Amharic (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with digital tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Position 2: Member Relation Junior Officer
Requirements
- Fresh graduates of 2024
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or a related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher and who passed an exit exam with a good grade.
- Fluency in English and Amharic (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with digital tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for building positive relationships.

Position 3: Human Resource Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Management.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles (1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
