Position 1: Customer Relationship Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
- B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 4 years of banking experience of which 2 years as junior customer relationship officer
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Place of work: Main Branch, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Database Administrator
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience:
- At least Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Oracle Database, OCA, OCP Certified. Relevant professional qualifications Unix Operating Systems like AIX ,Linux,
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 3: Risk Management Officer
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 4 years of banking experience of which 2 year junior risk Management officer.
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Place of work: Head Office
Position 4: Senior Risk Management Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 year as risk Management officer.
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Branch Coordination Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 3/5 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer in branch banking areas.

Position 6: Branch Manager
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking area.
