- Educational: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields.
- Total Experience: 8 years of Experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Engineer in a building construction project.

2:General Forman
- Educational: 10/12 Grade Complete.
- Total Experience: 4 years of Experience, with at least 2 years in a General Forman position in a building construction project.
