Position 1: Graduate Trainee Property Assessor
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field with Zero (0) years of work experience
Job Purpose
To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.

Position 2: Branch Banking Auditor-I
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant experience

Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank
Place of Work: Head Office, Mekelle, Shire and Dire Dawa District Offices
Position 3: Branch Banking Auditor-II
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at head office work units is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank.
Place of Work : Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Shire, Jimma, Dire Dawa, Hawassa and Bahir Dar District Offices
Position 4: Corporate Auditor-I
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant experience.

Position 6: Sr. Branch Banking Auditor
Job Purpose

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Understanding of the banking sector and its operations
Place of Work : Mekelle, Jimma and Hawassa District Offices
Position 7: Principal Branch Banking Auditor
Job Purpose
To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with Six (6) years of relevant work experience out of which at least 1 year experience as Senior Branch Banking Auditor.
- Understanding of the banking sector and its operations
