Position 1: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of Haile Resort Jimma and Woliata.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Position 2: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for Haile Resort Jimma and Woliata.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Position 3: Group Credit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit risk assessment process for the organization.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
- Monitor credit limits and evaluate customer creditworthiness.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize credit management processes.
- Prepare reports on credit performance and risk exposure

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to create engaging marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and analyze data to optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website visibility.
- Track event attendance and generate post-event reports.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any issues promptly.
Email Marketing:
- Design and send email campaigns to target audiences.
- Segment email lists and personalize messages.
- Track email open and click-through rates to optimize campaigns.
