ALTA Computec PLC established its coffee export division (LATA Agri Export) 14 years ago and is now looking to expand its operations to meet the growing demand of its customers. The department is currently seeking highly committed and energetic candidates to fill the following vacant position:
Position: Pre-Sales Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering and information technology or related fields.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience: No experience is required.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to determine their needs and introduce ALTA Computec’s ICT solutions (products and services).
- Provide technical advice and support during the pre-sales process and address customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Assist in developing proposals, estimates and other pre-sales materials.
