Position 1: Data Encoder
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.).
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Position 5: OP-ED Editor

- Fluent writing, editing and communication skills in the English language.

Position 6: Graphics Designer
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Position 7: Deputy Editor-In-Chief
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Editorial experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and social media.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, have exceptional background in writing and research in policy making, particularly monetary and fiscal policies, and a keen eye for what makes a good story.
Position 8: Creative Art Director
Qualifications:
- Training in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within a media or publishing environment.
- Proven experience managing a creative team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Position 9: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
