Position 1: Junior Hardware Technician

Job Summary: The Jr. Hardware Technician is responsible to perform preventive maintenance of hardware and software install, update and troubleshoots applications.

Educational Level and work Experience: BSC Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ of experience in hardware maintenance.

Required Number: Four(4)

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District

Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale

Position 2: Store Keeper – I

Job Summary: He/she is responsible to maintain proper inventory list of all fixed assets of the bank, to receive and to store materials and supplies against a copy of Bank’s purchase order and Delivery invoice of the supplier, to issue materials from stock per requisition, and to hand over stock to receiving organs or employees of the bank. He/she maintains an inventory record for each of the item under his or her control and updates records of all receipts and withdrawals.

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Procurement and supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or business related field of study with a minimum of 2 years in property management related work experience.

Required Number: three (3)

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District

Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale

Position 3: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: The Admin Assistant responsible for experiencing basic knowledge in secretarial duties(Organizing records, typing skills, Computer basic knowledge & skills, Customer handling & communication skill); registers and files letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.

Educational Level and work Experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with 2/3 years relevant work experience.

Required Number: two(2)

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District

Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale

Position 4: Management Assistant

Job Summary: Management Assistant is responsible to Performs basic knowledge in secretarial duties (organizing records, typing skills, computer basic knowledge & skills, Customer handling & communication skill); registers and files letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and manage office equipment, screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management/Administrative Service Management with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Place of Work: Head Office

Required Number: 1(one)

Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
