In order to manage this internationally competitive ring road and other projects, the city administration has established an Addis Ababa City Roads Authority No. 7/1990 in order to organize the design, construction and administration activities.
Addis Ababa City Administration Roads Authority is Providing quality and standardized roads and transport infrastructure and maintaining their 20% coverage, providing traffic flow to the community.
