Position 1: Branch Cashier I

Education: First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management

Experience two years’ worth of pertinent experience in banking

Competency:

• A good understanding of financial and accounting fundamentals and the best methods
• A good understanding of the policies and procedures for financial management and practices of Banks
• The ability to coordinate and guide subordinates;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;

Place of Work: Dessie(1) Jinka(1)

Position 2: Customer Service Officer

Education Achievement of a First degree in Accounting/Managementor Economics, or other related fields

Employment Experience 1 year of work experience as a graduate Trainee

Competency:

• The knowledge of banking principles and banking practices
• Experience with how to manage cash Management techniques of the banks
• A good understanding of Cash Management policies and procedures of the Bank

Position 3: Branch Accountant I

Education First Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, or related disciplines.

Experience Two years of relevant experience in banking

Competency:

• Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and methods
• Knowledge of the policies and procedures for financial management as well as the procedures used by Banks
• The ability to coordinate and guide subordinates;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Position 4: Branch Auditor I

Education: First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management

Experience Two years of relevant experience with banks

Competency:

• Expertise in banking operations
• A vast understanding of both international and national banking, as well as techniques for managing finances.
• The ability to collaborate with executives at the top
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities

Required Number: 2 (two)

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (1), Adama(1)

Position 5: Branch Manager I

Education First Degree in Accounting/Banking Management or similar fields.

Experience Six years of experience in banking at the branch level, four of them were in supervisory positions.

Competency:

• A thorough understanding of business law, accounting, and financial management
• A thorough understanding of the financial policies and regulations of the Bank
• Ability to coordinate and supervise subordinates;
• Interpersonal and communication skills;
