Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Education:  First Degree in Accounting/Management/ Economics or related fields

Experience:  1 year of experience as a Graduate Trainee

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts/Cash

Education:  First Degree in Accounting/Management/ Economics/ or related fields

Experience:  2 years of relevant banking experience; 2 of which in customer service officer position.

Position 3: Senior Change Management Officer

Education:  First Degree in Economics/Management/Banking and Finance or related fields

Experience:  4 years of relevant experience; 2 of which in officer positions.

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Education:  First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management or related fields

Experience:  7 years of banking experience; 2 of which in supervisory positions

Position 5: Interest Free Banking Officer

Education:  BA Degree in Business Management/Finance/Economics or related fields

Experience:  2 years of relevant banking experience 1 of which as a Graduate Trainee.

Position 6: Change Management Officer

Education:  First Degree in Economics/Management/Banking and Finance or related fields

Experience:  2 years of relevant experience; 1 of which in junior officer position.

Position 7: HR Retention and Employee Service Officer

Education:  BA in Human Resource Management /Management or  related fields

Experience:  2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking areas; 1 of which in junior officer position.

Position 8: Legal Advisor

Education:  LLB Degree in Law

Experience:  2 years of experience in legal service, preferably in banking sector; 1 of which in junior legal advisor position.

Position 9: Senior Interest Free Banking Officer

Education:  BA Degree in Business Management/Finance/Economics or related fields

Experience:  4 years of relevant banking experience; 2 of which in officer positions.

Position 10: Manager, Change Management Division

Requirement (Job Specifications)

Education:  MA/BA Degree in Business Management /Finance/Economics or related fields

Experience:  6/8 years of relevant banking experience; out of this 2/3 years in principal officer position or 3/4 years in senior officer positions;

Position 11: Manager, Legal Advisory Division

Education:  LLM/LLB Degree in Law
