Position 1: Digital Banking Innovation Officer
Required Qualification:
- BA Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, MIS, IT or related fields or related fields.
Required Experience:
- A Minimum of 2 years experience in Digital Banking Innovation Officer or relevant position in the banking industry.
The Digital Banking Innovation Officer is responsible for driving innovation and creativity within the bank. The Digital Banking Innovation Officer shall participate in the Planning, Organizing, leading and Overseeing the Digital Banking Innovation process of the Bank. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital banking products, services, and processes.

Position 2: Manager, Digital Banking Innovation Division
Required Qualification:
MSC, MA, BSC, BA Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, MIS, IT or related fields of study
Required Experience:
9 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which 2 years Principal Digital Banking Innovation Officer, Principal Digital Channels Officer, Principal Mobile & Internet Banking Officer or equivalent position
The Digital Banking Innovation Manager is responsible for driving innovation and creativity within the digital banking sector. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital banking products, services, and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be a creative thinker, and possess excellent communication and project management abilities.

Position 3: Senior Compliance Officer
Education:
(BA) in Accounting/ Management/ Economics/ Banking & Finance or related fields.
Experience:
5 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which 2 years as financial risk officer or related
The Senior Compliance Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the bank’s compliance activities to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves conducting compliance assessments, advising on regulatory matters, and providing guidance to junior compliance staff. The Senior Compliance Management Officer plays a crucial role in safeguarding the bank against legal, financial, and reputational risks by ensuring a robust compliance framework is in place.
