Position 1: Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Banking & Finance and related business fields.
Experience:No Prior experience is required.
- OnlyGraduates of the year 2024 G.C with minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above
National Exit Exam: Pass Mark
Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa & the area
Position 2: Information Technology Trainee Officer-I (Fresh Graduates)
Qualification:BSc in Computer Science. Information Technology and any other related fields.
Experience:No Prior experience is required.

Purpose of the Job: To contribute smooth business operation of the Bank’s through properly providing first level technical support for branches related to their request on core banking system applications.

Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 4: Senior IT Security Administrator
Qualification:BSc in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other related fields.
Experience: Five/5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which Two/2 years on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To ensure the security of the Bank’s information assets and technology resources through developing and implementing security policy & procedures.
