Position 1: Branch Operation Manager II

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 6 years’ banking experience with at least 1 years as Branch Operation Manager.

The jobholder is responsible to manage, organize, co-ordinate, and control branch activities. S/he manages the customer service function at the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels. S/he also ensures that transactions are cost effective and profitable to the Bank.

Position 2: Customer Service and Operation Manager I

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience with at least 3 years at operational work.

The job holder is responsible for managing the customer service function at the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels supporting the Bank’s growth.

Position 3: Branch Manager – Class II Branch

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector of which three (3) years in a supervisory positions.

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

Position 4: Senior – IT Project Management Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT, project management and banking areas.

The job holder is responsible to co-ordinate, support and control activities related to IT projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing and coordinating different IT projects of the Bank from idealization to completion by ensuring that IT projects are completed on time, that the project’s objectives are meet, desired results are achieved and the most efficient resources are used.

Position 5: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

Position 6: Branch Manager – Class III Branch

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of nine (9) years of relevant banking experience of which three (3) years in a supervisory position.

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

Position 7: Branch Manager – Class I Branch
