Awash Bank Job Vacancy Announcement:

Position 1: Electrician

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar fields, plus at least 3 years experience working as an electrician.

Position 2: IT Project Quality Assurance Officer-II

Qualification & Experience:

BSc Master’s Degree with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems and at least 4 (4) months of work experience in the field of IT project quality assurance software testing, software quality assurance as well as IT managing projects.

• Experience with IT managing projects.
• Information on the latest Software tests as well as Quality Assurance tools.

Experience with Enterprise Applications SIT along with UAT Test case Development and Management.

Position 3: Senior – Vendor Management Officer

Qualification & Experience:

BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and a minimum of 6 (6) months of work experience in IT and banking fields. Master’s degree in IT-related fields (added benefit). Professional certifications are also an advantage in IT domains (an added benefit).

Position 4: Senior – System Administrator

Qualification & Experience:

BSc Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems with at least Six (6) years working in System Administration or related out of which one year in the position of supervisor.

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux/UNIX, VMware, Active Directory, and Cyber Security.
• Certifications are required for Microsoft Windows Servers or Linux/UNIX Certifications, or Cisco or VMware is required.

Certifications in IT Security are also advantageous.
