Bunna Insurance S.C. was established on the 25th of May 2013 under license number 019/13 and started providing General Insurance Service to the Public since August, 2013. September 21, 2021 the company has started providing long-term insurance service. Bunna has accounted nearly ten years operational period.

The initial paid-up capital of the company was Birr 6,715,000 and to make the Company competent in the sector, to build its reliability among Customers and to comply the capital requirement as per Directive No S/B/34/2014 of the National Bank of Ethiopia.

Position 1: Engineering Officer

• Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field of study
• Experience: 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Place of work: Diredawa City Administration- Diredawa

Position 2: Claims Inspector I

• Qualification: High School Complete/TVET Level III/IV/College Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field of study
• Experience: 10/6/4 Years of Relevant Experience

Work Place: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Legal Officer

• LLB Degree in Law
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
• Qty: 2

Position 4: Digital Marketing Officer (Re-advertised)

• Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing, Economics or related field of study
• Experience: 3 Years of Relevant Experience

Position 7: Company Secretary

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings and follow up on action points and handling correspondence before and after meetings;
• Convene and service annual general meetings, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
• Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the company are up to date and approved by the committee.
• Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
• Pay dividends to shareholders and manage share option schemes opted by various shareholders

Qualification: BA/MA in Law/Management/Public Administration/HRM or related field of study

Experience: 9/7 years of relevant experience

NB: Board Secretary is Advantages.
