Job Position 1 – Senior Humanitarian Response Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Disaster Management or International Development or related field of study
Five (5) years of experience in emergency programming, disaster management, rural livehood programs, food security interventions, Protection, WASH, and/or nutrition, and program management
Proficiency in verbal and written English, proposal development, strategic and operational planning, budget planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, report writing
Proficiency in standard office software package
Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and empower others
Good interpersonal communication skill and ability to effectively liaise with government, community leaders and other stakeholders
Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, and conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Knowledgeable in participatory planning
Understanding of the importance of gender, youth and social inclusion
Demonstrated commitment to principles of gender, equity, diversity, inclusion and PSHEA (safeguarding) through previous positions or programming experience

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: first degree in accounting, supply chain management, Human resource management or another related field: 2 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders
1 year of relevant work experience for first degree
Minimum of 6 months Care internship service
