CARE is an international NGO with local staff and community partners in more than 90 countries. We create local solutions to poverty and inequality, and we seek dignity for everyone every day and during times of crisis.
The MIS Internship is a one-year program designed for fresh female graduates aiming to develop their skills and careers. The internship focuses on empowering young female talents, enhancing gender parity within the organization, and providing hands-on experience through mentoring and coaching. Interns will work on value-added projects, expand their professional network, and gain practical knowledge in data management and monitoring and evaluation functions within the Women’s Economic Justice (WEJ) Unit.
The intern will support the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) function of CARE Ethiopia’s Women’s Economic Justice Unit. This involves strengthening data management practices, contributing to project quality assurance, and supporting field offices with ongoing monitoring and evaluation activities.
