2. የምዝገባ ጊዜ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 7 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናቶች ይሆናል፡፡
3. ከ2015 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የዲግሪ የትምህርት ማስረጃ የሚያቀርቡ ተወዳዳሪዎች የመውጫ ፈተና ያለፉበትን ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
4. አድቫንስድ ዲፕሎማና የቴክኒክና ሙያ ሰርተፊኬት ለሚጠይቱ የሥራ መደቦች የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ወይም COC ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5. ዲግሪና ከዚያ በላይ ሰሚጠይቁ የሥራ መደቦች የታደሰ የሙያ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል::
