Position 1: Senior Information System Security Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bsc/Msc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Any other related fields 6.5/4.5 years of relevant experience, preferably banking, of which 2 recent year’s relevant officer in banking industry
Essential Function
- Lead programs and processes to monitor the emergence of new threats and vulnerabilities, assessing impacts and driving responses as appropriate.
- Establish an information security and risk management functional capability and framework across the bank
- Manage the creation and production of timely, accurate and informative business and IT metrics relating to information risk Initiatives. Utilize the Metrics to prioritize and respond to negative trends.
- Drive and maintain the information security management system, including Information risk across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with application owners to understand and address(as appropriate) the risk position around key Business application
- Ensure ongoing analysis of information security threats, vulnerabilities and market trends. Determine potential impact on the Banks Risk Posture
- Conduct Information security risk assessments across the enterprise at suitable intervals. Ensure that key risk issues are understood, communicated, and traced on the risk register.
- Develop and maintain an effective information security architectural approach, ensuring that the approach is implemented in accordance with appropriate standards
- Ensure that processes are in place and that staff is appropriately skilled to respond to security incidents
- Lead the effort to maintain an effective and timely program to manage identity and access privileges.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Position 2: Senior Human Capital Training And Development Officer
Job Requirement:
BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields with 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position
Essential Function
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and surveys of employees, managers and suggestion from EMT.
- Design and develop training programs that meet the identified needs/gaps.
- Deliver training programs using a variety of methods according to the bank’s rule, regulations and demand.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and measuring the impact of training on employee performance and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in training and development.
- Partner with other departments/district/branches to ensure that training programs are aligned with the Bank’s overall goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as required.

Position 3: Manager, Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Division
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA/MBA/MA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, Any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which 2 years in relevant senior officer position in banking industry.
Essential Function
- Perform in the preparation of strategic plan and functional level strategy of the Bank,
- Consolidates and prepare annual plan and budget of the bank,
- Prepares and consolidate periodic monthly, quarterly and annually performance reports,
- Implement corporate and department performance measurement and revisit as necessary,
- Conduct studies to assess the Banks strategic performance and advise department regarding results of studies,
- Performs planning, monitoring and evaluation report of the Bank in an orderly and timely manner, to the required quality, in line with plans and corporate requirements,
- Reviews proposals for major capital expenditures to ensure conformity with plans and determines economic justification of proposals,
- Prepare and consolidates action plan of the Bank,
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
