Position 1: Junior, Legal Services and Enforcement
SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the development of strategies, arguments and testimony in preparation for the presentation of cases before courts or other judicial or quasi-judicial institutions;
- Participates in the development and revision of department policies, procedures, and manuals;
- Ensures the organization and safekeeping of files and records of court proceedings, investigative reports and other related documents
- Participate in the collection of all necessary evidence to formulate a defense or initiate legal action to defend the interests of the Exchange;
- Participate in providing legal advice, commentary, advice and interpretation on matters relating to the Exchange Rules, Labor Laws and other relevant laws applicable to Exchange operations to various divisions/departments of the Exchange.;
- Assist in the preparation of investigative reports on rule violations and prepare responses to objections from members, clients of intermediary members, or faction representatives.
- Supports the awareness programs for members, employees of the Exchange and other stakeholders regarding the rules of the Exchange, labor law and other relevant laws applicable to the Exchange;
- Assists in preparing responses to inquiries from governmental institutions, business sectors, and other stakeholders as necessary;
- Represents ECX before courts, quasi-judicial bodies or administrative bodies as necessary;
- Prepares regular reports on the activities of the department; And
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Position 2: Associate, Legal Services and Enforcement
Work purpose:- The purpose of this job is to assist the Manager in departmental operations, participate in the investigation of any compliance violations and review draft operational and administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations drafted by various functional units from a legal perspective and prepare investigation reports and indictments, track the enforcement of disciplinary decisions, and prepare periodic reports.
SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates in the development and revision of department policies, procedures, and manuals;
- Ensures the organization and safekeeping of files and records of court proceedings, investigative reports and other related documents
- Assists in the research and analysis of laws applicable to the Exchange to identify issues requiring the adoption of new rules or a change to the rules; drafts stock exchange rules and operating contracts and submits them to the relevant committees for approval;
- Assisting in the development of strategies, arguments and testimony in preparation for the presentation of cases before courts or other judicial or quasi-judicial institutions;
- Participate in the collection of all necessary evidence to formulate a defense or initiate legal action to defend the interests of the Exchange;
- Provides legal advice, commentary, advice and interpretations on matters relating to the Exchange Rules, Labor Laws and other relevant laws applicable to Exchange operations for various divisions/departments of the Exchange.
- Prepares minutes of Business Conduct Committee meetings and monitors the enforcement of the BCC decision. and prepares disciplinary action letters;
- Assists in the preparation of investigative reports on rule violations and prepares responses to appeals from members, clients of intermediary members, or faction representatives.
- Supports the awareness programs for members, employees of the Exchange and other stakeholders regarding the rules of the Exchange, labor law and other relevant laws applicable to the Exchange;
- Participates in the revision of internal agreements and procedures, including those between warehouse operators, clearing institutions, members and customers, to determine legality and compatibility with the rules and regulations applicable to the Exchange;
- Assists in preparing responses to inquiries from governmental institutions, business sectors, and other stakeholders as necessary;
- Represents ECX before courts, quasi-judicial bodies or administrative bodies as necessary;
- Builds and maintains networks and good relationships with government institutions, business sectors and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Prepares regular reports on the activities of the department; And
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- LLB
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in the judicial, law enforcement, legal advisory, business analysis, stock market operations, surveillance, marketing or related areas.

Position 3: Senior Investigation and Enforcement Specialist
SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates in the development and revision of department policies, procedures, and manuals;
- Conducts research and analysis of the laws applicable to the Exchange to identify issues that require the introduction of new rules or a change to the rules; drafts stock exchange rules and operating contracts and submits them to the relevant committees for approval;
- Provides legal advice, commentary, advice and interpretations on matters relating to the rules of the Exchange and other relevant laws applicable to the operations of the Exchange for various divisions/divisions of the Exchange.
- Monitors compliance with relevant laws and rules of the Exchange; monitors and reviews the enforcement of BCC disciplinary actions and forwards reports to the Secretary of the BCC;
- Prepares investigation reports on rule violations and prepares responses to appeals from members, clients of intermediary members, or group representatives.
- Facilitates awareness programs for members, employees of the Exchange and other stakeholders regarding the rules of the Exchange and other relevant laws applicable to the Exchange;
- Reviews internal agreements and procedures, including those between warehouse operators, clearing institutions, members and customers, to determine legality and compatibility with the rules and regulations applicable to the Exchange;
- Prepares regular reports on the activities of the department; And
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- LLM/LLB
- 4/6 years of relevant professional experience in the judicial, law enforcement, legal advisory, business analysis, stock market operations, surveillance, marketing or related areas.
