Position 1: Director of Business Development

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BA Degree in Business related field of studies with a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in hospitality sales & Marketing or account management out of which minimum of five years in managerial or equivalent capacity.
OR
MA Degree in Business related field of studies with a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in hospitality sales & Marketing or account management out of which minimum of three years in managerial or equivalent capacity.

As Director of Business Development you’ll responsible to implement all sales plans activities and maximize property’s business opportunities; develop and maintain contact with business generators, meetings and convention planners, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate client accounts, government departments and other producers closely allied to hotel business;

Developing business strategies, which are realized by other sales staff; conduct all day-to-day activities related to the sales & marketing function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives;development and implementation of marketing materials and tools to support new business ventures;

Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments; Making sales calls, meeting with potential new clients and building strong relationships; Lead and motivate the sales team to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objectives;

Generate new business opportunities through various channels. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities; ensures that Brand standard of the hotel is consistently followed.

Position 2: Director of Engineering

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A Minimum of BSC Degree in  Civil/Aeronautical /Electrical /Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 9 years work experience in  Engineering, Maintenance Program & Methods Development or Maintenance Planning & Production Control activities out of which  three years  in Management capacity.
                           OR
MSc. Degree in Civil/ Aeronautical  /Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and a min. of 7 years experience in  Engineering, Maintenance Program & Methods Development or Maintenance Planning & Production Control activities out of which  three years  in Management capacity.

As Director of Engineering you’ll responsible  to guides and manages all activities related all works related to industrial, electrical and electronics, programmable logic control and computerized air conditioning systems; Supervises installation, repair and maintenance of industrial, Catering, Laundry, Plating, Machine Shop’s machinery, x-ray machines, automatic fire fighting system, stand-by generators, low and high voltage loop system;

Prepares, estimates, records and reports of work performed, and makes sure the completion of remaining work in accordance with schedules; installs, configures, tests, and maintains all Life Safety Systems including but not limited to Fire, Burglary, Surveillance Cameras, Digital Video Recorders, Access Control Systems, Intercom, Network Clocks, Freezer/Cooler Probes, Audio, Security/HVAC Pressure Sensors, all related cabling, and other systems as assigned. ;

Effectively troubleshoot and repairs faulty equipment or conditions. ; Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of all life safety systems’ hardware and software;

Timely responds to dispatched service calls. ; Reports issues requiring vendor escalation or parts/materials; Implements and follows up the coaching and mentoring activities per the policy; Coaches/trains employees when assigned as a coach; Assesses employees under coaching when assigned as an assessor.
