FHI 360’s Crisis Response team is responding to the humanitarian emergency in Tigray, Amhara and Afar region, focusing on emergency health, nutrition and WASH activities to support the goal of reducing morbidity and mortality.

Job Position 1 – Senior Pharmaceutical Officer – Woldiya

Required Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, or any other related field.
At least 4 years of experience working in medical supplies and/or medical warehouse. Experience in designing and setting up a medical supplies system will be an asset.
Experience in importation and clearance procedures of Ethiopia.
Familiar with the procedures and SOPs of EFDA – Ethiopian Food and Drug Administration and EPSS- Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Service
Experience in working in a humanitarian context especially within Ethiopia.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to diverse audiences.
Fluency in English; written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational. and time management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel independently domestically.
Computer proficiency in Windows environment (Microsoft Word, Excel); proficiency in an inventory management software will be an asset.

Job Position 2 – GBV Case Worker – Mekelle [0-2 Year]

Required Qualification and Experience
BSc/BA in Sociology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or its recognized
0-2 years of experience with NGO or CBO.
0-2 year relevant experience in Gender Based Violence programming including Case Management is desirable.

Job Position 3 – Protection Officer – Mekelle

Required Qualification and Experience

BSc/BA in Sociology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or its recognized
Three years of relevant experience with NGO or CBO.
Two to three years of relevant experience in Gender Based Violence programming including Case

Job Position 4 – GBV Case Worker – Adigrat [0-2 Year]

Required Qualification and Experience
BSc/BA in Sociology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or its recognized
0-2 years of experience with NGO or CBO.
0-2 year relevant experience in Gender Based Violence programming including Case Management is desirable.

Job Position 5 – GBV Case Worker – Axum [0-2 Year]

Required Qualification and Experience
BSc/BA in Sociology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or its recognized
0-2 years of experience with NGO or CBO.
0-2 year relevant experience in Gender Based Violence programming including Case Management is desirable.
Experience in facilitating training and mentorship of local communities to support protection activities.

Job Position 6 – Health and Nutrition Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree related to health or nutrition or a Related Field.
Experience: At least 3 years of national work experience in the field of Health and nutrition programs, including emergency and humanitarian response.
Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO) is highly preferred.
Fluent in local language and excellent in Amharic and English.

Job Position 9 – Safety and Security Officer – Abala

Required Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent in security and protective services or international relations with focus on security management or other relevant education.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive responsible experience in investigation, military, police, security management, preferably in the police or military context or related area.
Previous experience in a similar role with another organization is preferred.
Fluent in local language (Amharic) and excellent in English.
Good knowledge of the local context
Unbiased in their analysis

Job Position 10 – Administration and Operations Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent in BA/MA Degree in Business Management/Supplies Management/Public Administration or Related Field.
Typically requires 8-10 years of facilities management experience or hospitality and logistics industry
Minimum 10 years’ experience and 5 years’ proven experience as Administration and Operations Manager preferable in an NGO setting.
Excellent oral and written communication, troubleshooting, responsiveness, and customer service skills.
Drivers license required to drive to locations.
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Technology proficiency with Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point.  A plus, for Power BI, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.

Job Position 11 – Deputy Chief of Party – Technical (DCOP) – Addis Ababa

Required Qualification and Experience
Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent in nutrition, public health, or related field
Knowledge/Information Services, Communications, Education, Environment, Health, Behavioral, Life/Social Sciences International Development, Human Development or Related Field.
Project Management (PM) Certification preferred.
Typically requires 12+ years of relevant experience in designing and evaluating applicable programs/services – may manage activities of lower-level staff, however, main function is individual contributor.
Technical familiarity and experience with multisector nutrition programming
Experience working in complex environments and managing diverse teams to deliver impact
Documented participation on normative bodies or committees that define guidelines relevant to the specific technical area.
Relevant publications, presentations, reports, and manual/tool development.
Experience leading business development efforts in the technical area.
Proficient experience in current program developments in division/unit/technical area.
Years of work experience that demonstrates sensitivity to and understanding of technical issues.
Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization.
International or Domestic (US) Program Development or Program management preferred.
