Gift trading plc Is a private company engaged in the import, export and whole sale distribution and commission agency business, largely in building materials and has a plan to expand itself to (FMCG) Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Thus, would like employ a competent and vibrant application for the following positions.

Position 1: Junior Marketing Research Officer

Education: 

  •  BA/In Marketing Economics, Business Management Or related Field Business Development Sales In Trading Companies. And preferably within the FMCG sector.

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 1 and above years of  related experience

Required Skill and Responsibility 

  • Your responsibilities will include gathering and interpreting market research data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Position 2: Junior Accountant

Education: 

  • MSC/BA in Accounting and finance or Related Fields.

Experience

  •  1 and 2 years preferably in FMCG.
  • A junior accountant is an entry-level position in an accounting firm or department.
  • A junior accountant’s duties include posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.

Position 3: Senior Accountant

Education:  MSC/BA in Accounting and finance or Related Fields. 

Experience: 4 and 6 years preferably in FMCG.

The Senior Accountant to be responsible for the preparation of financial reports, financial analysis and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate to be  have a strong background in accounting and finance and is a self-starter with strong analytical skills

Position 4: Finance Division Head

Education: MSC/BA in Accounting and finance or Related Fields

Experience: 6 and 8 years preferably in FMCG. Out of which 2 Years in Division Manager Level responsible position

A Fiancé division head, or accounting director, is responsible for managing all accounting functions and operations within an organization:

Communications kills, Leadership Teamwork, Interpersonal skills, Business to business selling, skills Knowledge of state and federal tax laws Computer accounting software skills Project management skills Attention to detail.

The Manager of Financial division will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely annual financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Position 5: Senior Tender Officer

Education: 

MBA/BA in Economics, Management, Marketing, Procurement and supply management or Related Fields

 4/6 years’ Experience In tender participation, technical evaluation, in Trading Companies on FMCG & Construction Sectors

Identify/Source tenders,

Effective negotiation skills

Study review and analyze bid document and prepare highly responsive, best possible, and competitive technical and financial bid Proposals strictly as per customer’s guideline.

Assists in maintaining and monitoring all contractual records, including all documentations related to contracts

Facilitate the evaluation of bids for submission to the respective management team

Position 6: Procurement Officer

Education: 

BA Degree in   Supply, and Purchase management, Marketing and any related fields. 6 years’ Experience in  similar position and preferably within the Construction and FMCG sectors

 A Procurement Officer works in the procurement department and oversees a vital part of the supply chain.

Research suppliers of goods and services

Gather price quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions

Execute the purchase of goods or services approved by management

Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts

Recommend new products, services, or materials in keeping with industry trends

Ensuring the cost-effective procurement of materials, parts, or goods.

Position 7: Sales Division Head

Qualification/Work Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6 and 8 years of sales management experience, with proven results in a similar industry in trading companies and preferably within the FMCG sector. out of which 2Years in Supervisory Level,

Required Skill and Responsibility 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Report on sales performance to senior management.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunity for growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular report to senior management
  • Provide training and development opportunities for sales team to enhance their skill and effectiveness.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and relationship-building abilities; knowledge of CRM (Customer Relation Management) tools and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Position 8: Business Development And Marketing Research Division Head

Education: 

  • MA/MSC/BA/BSC In Marketing, Economics, business Management or Related Fields. (MBA preferred).

Experience: 

  • 6 and 8 years in business development or sales, preferably in FMCG. out of which 2Years in Supervisory Level,

  •  (MA ) and  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 6 and 8 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within the FMCG. out of which 2Years in Supervisory Level,

  • Supplier Management & Development
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with our standards for quality, cost-efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.

Cost & Value Optimization

  • Formulate and implement strategic sourcing initiatives focused on cost savings and value enhancement.
  • Conduct in-depth market analyses to stay informed on industry trends, pricing structures, and supplier capabilities.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals to secure best-value options in terms of both cost and quality.

Position 10: Export And Import Department Manager

Qualification/Work Experience:

MBA/BA In Management, Economics, Accounting Or Related Fields. 10/12 years’ Experience In Trading Companies Import And Export Out Of Which 5 Years In Managerial Position in trading companies and preferably within the FMCG sector

sector-building abilities; knowledge of CRM tools and market dynamics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
