Position 1: Cellars and Filtration Operator
Qualification:
- 10+3 diploma in TVET colleges with 3 years of relevant experience, experience in the brewing industry is a must
Responsibilities:
- Execute & monitor cellar & Filtration operations
- Organize and track Filtration and Fermentation materials
- Execute and monitor each filtration & cellar process on her/his shift
- Operate software and hardware as per SOP
- Monitor temperature of tanks on fermentation and lagering
- Communicate SBM when every there is a problem/fault in the process on time
- Prepare ingredients for filtration and cellar processing
- Ensure all cellar & filtration process is going in safe, efficient and effective manner to attain brewery’s goals and objectives
- Check and execute optimization of process
- Advise on simplifying process operation.
- Perform recording of Filtration & Cellar related data
- Record all the necessary data on the appropriate format on time
- Maintain records of production throughout various processes
- Cross check the accuracy of recorded data
- Implementation of PPE & workplace organization
- Clean and maintain equipment and utensils as per the schedule to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow up 5S in the Filtration & Cellar room
- Identify various PPEs and properly use them in various operating areas
- Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE)
- Contribute their role in the implementation of the QSHE Management System (Understand and Comply with the QSHE policy, and objectives, follow the procedure and work instructions, and properly document the records)
- Report to the responsible body when policies/procedures are violated or any other issues which have an impact on QSHE Management System

Position 2: Store Supervisor-Raw Materials
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in accounting, finance, Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management with 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Store keeping
- Control incoming supplies against with specification
- Follow HBSC’s receiving procedures strictly while receiving the deliveries & reject any unacceptable products and inform immediate supervisor accordingly
- Receive and properly stock any purchased and supplied items in a way that suits proper material management.
- Update the stock records and prepare issue vouchers & submit to Finance on timely basis.
- Ensure the accuracy of data inputs while using computer software for stores management.
- Ensure all store transactions are carried out in compliance with the store and fixed assets guidelines of the company
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all equipment in stores.
- Initiate purchase when materials reach reorder level.
Documentations &Workplace organization - Distribute timely completed regular store vouchers and properly maintain completed pads of GRN and Issue vouchers
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries of requested materials
- Receive and stores documents; maintains record of approved basic store documents
- Ensure storage areas, facilities and equipment meet the minimum requirements and standard
- Implement Standard Store operation procedures
- Apply all safety measures recommended by the SHEQ work unit
- Puts appropriate labels/tags that contains necessary information of each item
- Supervise casuals
- Ensure necessary workplace is neat and arranged in organized manner
- Mitigate all potential risk areas inside and around store areas and apply necessary preventive measures
