Position 1: Customer Service Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience: 5 years of  Banking Operation experience . Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Dire Dawa, Chagni

Position 2: Branch Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience ; of which two years of expertise in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.  

Duty Station: Shire, Diredawa

Position 3: Senior Sharia Compliance Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience: Four (4) years of Banking experience , Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.  

Duty Station: Head Office


Note: 

  • Training in IFB is Advantageous.
