Position 1: Junior CSO
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience:
- One (1) or more years work experience in any recognized organization
Place of duty; Mekele and Shire
Only for position 1 Place of Registration: Hijra Bank Mekele – As’Hamah Al’Nejashi Branch.
Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Experience
- Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Shashamane, Delo-Mena, Jimma, Oromia
Position 3: District Operation Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Jimma (Jimma South West District Officer), Oromia
Position 4: Customer Service Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Experience
- Five (5) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Dessie, Kombolcha, Amhara
Note:
- COC related to the position is Advantageous
- Training in IFB is Advantageous.
