Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Required No: 10
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Jigjiga & Mekelle
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Required No: 8
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Dilla, Negele Borena , Mekaneselam , Adama, Bale Robe , Jigjiga, & Mekelle
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Required No: 6
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Hawassa, Jigjiga , Harar & Mekelle
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Required No: 6
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Anfo, Logia, Harar & Mekelle
Note:
- Training in IFB is Advantageous.
