Position 1: Women Protection and Empowerment Coordinator
Educational Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Gender and development studies or social sciences, international studies, or relevant field
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the management of GBV and women empowerment programming in emergency and development settings, including 3 years of direct experience
- Strong program/technical and budget management skills, planning, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, effective in representation and liaison with external parties
- INGO experience required
- Proposal writing acumen and experience.
- Must be capable of applying their skills and knowledge in a range of capacities, including direct implementation, advisory functions, training, and the transfer of technical knowledge and management skills to others
- Interpersonal qualities: Works well in and promotes teamwork, is comfortable in a multicultural environment, flexible, and able to handle pressure with professional grace

Educational Requirements:
- Post graduate degree, First degree or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, and related fields.
Preferred Experience and Skill:

Position 3: Senior Grants Manager – Readvertisement
Educational Requirements:
- BA degree is required, Master’s degree International Affairs, Social Sciences, Accounting, Economics, or STEM (Science, Technology and Math) strongly preferred.
Preferred experience & skills
- 4 years of relevant experience for degree holders and 3 years of experience plus post graduate degree
- Proven track record in managing ECHO-funded projects, with a strong background in multisectoral emergency response and working within consortiums.
- Advanced MS Excel and Math skills required (skills will be tested through an exam)
- Good communication with strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, cultural and diplomatic skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong capacity to mentor and build capacity of staff.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Previous successful experience developing projects, writing winning proposals and donor reports preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience implementing and/or managing RRM is a plus.
