Position 1: Real Estate freelancer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with other professionals in the field.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct property showings and provide clients with information on properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Work closely with other members of the real estate team, including brokers, agents, and administrative staff, to ensure that all sales transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and developments, including changes in regulations and laws.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.

Benefits:

  • Salary= 20,000
  • Commission: = 5%

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
