Marketing and Sales Analyst

Position Summary:

Marketing and Sales Analyst Provides actionable input to guide sales and marketing teams based on company stocks, market trends and customer analysis. Marketing and Sales Analyst helps an organization increase sales by running competitive analysis and forecasting models to help the sales and marketing team understand opportunities in the market.

Marketing and Sales Analyst is a talented professional in data analytics, data visualization and related software. Open minded and fast learner with good communication skills and ability to express results of one’s work to the management both written and orally.  Detail oriented professional with high level of accuracy and deadlines meeting manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect data from sales base
  • Study past sales data to determine trends and build forecasts of sales
  • Create sales evaluation reports based on collected data
  • Prepare accurate reports suing data from internal and external sources
  • Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
  • Analyze stocks and ensure proper transfers between shops and warehouses accordingly

Reports To: Operation Manager and Managing Director

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Economics or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience of working as Business Analyst, Sales Analyst or related.
  • Additional certification in statistical or data visualization tools will be an advantage.

 Skills Required:

  • Excellent Analytical and Critical thinking skills
  • Proven skills of advanced user of MS Office
  • Power BI knowledge will be a great advantage
  • Fluency in English is a must. Russian is desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Office Manager

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. Be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing various mails and newsletters to employees and handling outgoing mail based on direct manager instructions. The one should warmly welcome office guests, interview candidates and support friendly environment at the office. Support CEO and overall organizational processes to be executed effectively.

Our new office manager will cover

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize company’s activities
  • Oversee stock of office supplies and order accordingly
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound emails
  • Support CEO in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Position Summary:
