Position 1: Assistant to the Human Resources Coordinator

Main purpose of the position:

  • Implement general HR administrative procedures and ensure compliance with local labor and tax regulations under the supervision of the HR Coordinator.

Main tasks:

  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, tax and labor laws.
  • Conduct transparent recruitment activities, issue job offers and assist with onboarding.
  • Manage contract-related tasks, payroll and documentation.
  • Organize travel and permits for staff, manage guesthouse logistics, and supervise on-site support staff.
  • Support the HR team with hiring processes, contract management and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in management, business administration, human resources or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years, preferably with NGOs; Knowledge of local work regulations; strong management and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, database management and communication.
  • Language: English (B2) and local language skills.

Position 2: Learning and Development Specialist

Main purpose of the position:

  • Implement, monitor and maintain learning tools and plans in coordination with project leaders and human resources managers to support employee development.

Main tasks:

  • Conduct learning needs analyses, plan and deliver training, and monitor learning outcomes.
  • Work with the L&D Manager to develop and maintain L&D tools and ensure training delivery is followed up.
  • Conduct pre-, during- and post-training assessments and build relationships with local training facilities.
  • Provide learning support and travel to projects as required to ensure alignment with operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA in Human Resources Management, Education Management or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in learning and development; Experience with e-learning systems desirable.
  • Skills: Confident use of MS Office, digital platforms and virtual learning environments.
  • Competencies: Strong in people management, strategic vision, flexibility and teamwork.
  • Language: English (B2) and national languages.
