Kazakhstan Government Scholarships 2023 Eligibility
Foreign citizens, including individuals of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are welcome to apply. Furthermore, applicants should meet the following requirements.
Bachelor Degree Programs:
- certificate or diploma of basic secondary education with a grade of no less than “good”.
Master Degree Programs:
- diploma of Bachelor’s or specialist with at least 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA or its equivalent in educational institutions.
- International certificate of proficiency in a foreign language.
Doctoral Degree Programs:
- Master’s degree with an average score of at least 3.0 (from 4.0) GPA or its equivalent in educational institutions.
- International certificate of proficiency in a foreign language.

How to Apply for the Kazakhstan Government Scholarships 2023 for International Students:

- Click on the scholarship program from the Scholarship program section for studying in Kazakhstan Universities.
- Submit the documents by clicking the option of submission of documents.
- After the submission of the documents, a new window will open in which you have to fill out the application form.
- Ensure to fill in all the required fields.
- After the approval of your application, a link will be appeared, where you need to register yourself.
- After registration, log into your account.
- In the testing section, you must take the psychological test and pass it.
- After the completion of the test, you will receive a letter with the Zoom link, mentioning the online interview, date, and time.
