Job Requirements
- Excellent communicator in English with demonstrated excellent report writing and speaking skills, knowledge of local languages very advantageous.

- Experience effectively initiating and maintaining productive relationships with private, public, civil society, and research sector partners.

3. Job title: TEAM LEADER (IFTIIN & WEE) Dollo – Ado
Location: Dollo Ado, Somali
Reports Directly To: Director of Programs, Mercy Corps Ethiopia
Works Directly With: Field program team members; WFP projects team members; Field-level Finance, Operations, and HR team
Job Requirements
- BSc or MA, MSc or equivalent in a field related to Agriculture, Livestock, NRM, economics, development studies, international development, business management or other related fields.
- 8 years for BSc and 6 years’ experience for MSc holders and among these 4 years in senior-level leadership and team management experience
- Experience of working in international development organizations
- Experience of leading and working on market systems development programs
- Practical field experience working in refugee contexts or fragile contexts is preferred.
- Knowledge on Ethiopian Compressive Refugee Response Framework /CRRF/
- Excellent team building, management and leading experience.
- Strong report writing and communication skills,
- Excellent coordination and representation experience is needed,
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in managing divers’ program team
- Excellent MEL data analytics and quantitative skills are strongly preferred.
- Strong financial management experience required.
- Willingness and ability to frequent field travel to DREAMS woredas and refugee camps.
- Fluency in English and Somali is required.

Job Requirements

- At least 6 years in a middle or senior level management position

- Excellent communicator in English with demonstrated excellent report writing and speaking skills, knowledge of local languages (Somali/Afan Oromo) greatly advantageous.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and relationship management skill.
- Six years’ experience managing teams, strategic planning and implementing programs.
- Proven experience developing effective and diverse teams in dynamic contexts.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Experience or working in the Somali region with strong contextual knowledge of cultures. Working along border regions a plus.
- Experience effectively initiating and maintaining productive relationships with private, public, civil-society and research sector partners.

5. Job title: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist
Duty Station: Mercy Corps Abala Field Office
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Reports Directly To : Program Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, monitoring and evaluation, international development, communications, or related field is required or demonstrated equivalent work experience in the field.
- Three to five years relevant field management experience, especially in the areas of monitoring and evaluation and learning and knowledge management.
- Strong management skills, with good understanding of relevant cross-cultural issues.
- Previous experience working on USAID funded programs strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to professionally and appropriately represent the organization and negotiate with a diverse range of government officials, local organizations, donors and other groups for outcomes in the best interest of program implementation.
- Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, including report development, writing, and editing.

Job Requirements
- 3rd Grade or above Valid Driving License.
- High school Graduate
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Driver, preferably in an International NGO.
- Experience in repairing Vehicles (Auto background) is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in both Amharic & English languages and knowledge of other local language is preferred.
- Knowledge of routes, duty stations, project areas, the NGO and diplomatic community is required.
