Position 1: TEAM LEADER
HIGH LAND RESILIENCE ACTIVITY (HRA) CRISIS MODIFIER: HOSAINA, CENTRAL ETHIOPIA REGION
Knowledge and Experience
- BSc degree or equivalent in afield related Agriculture, Agricultural Market Systems, Rural development, Agricultural economics, Agri business, Cooperative business management or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience with NGO and/or profit-making agribusiness working with vulnerable, marginalized communities
- Proven experience in recovery program, emergency programming, cash and voucher programing, disaster management, rural livelihood programs, food security interventions, nutrition, and program management.
- Proven experience in applying market-based approaches to increase access to agricultural inputs including collaborating with private sector to achieve sustainable and scalable solutions for hard-to-reach communities.
- Strong writing, communication, organization, prioritization and negotiating skills.
- Excellent MEL, data analytics and quantitative skills are strongly preferred.
- Strong project management and team leadership experience required.
- Fluency in English is required.

Position 3:Driver
Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills
- 3rd Grade or above Valid Driving License.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Driver preferably in an International NGO.
- Experience in repairing Vehicles (Auto background) is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in both Amharic & English languages and knowledge of other local language is preferred.
- Knowledge of routes, duty stations, project areas, the NGO and diplomatic community is required.
