Nyala Insurance S.C. (NISCO) is one of the leading Insurance Companies in Ethiopia in terms of performance growth and financial position.
It was established in 1995 to engage in general insurance business pursuant to the enactment of the Insurance Business Proclamation 86/1994 with a subscribed capital of Birr 25 million and paid-up capital of Birr 7 million.
In 2005, NISCO turned into a composite insurer by adding life business and increasing its paid-up capital to Birr 35 million. During the last five years, NISCO has grown very quickly and currently, its Paid-up capital reached Birr 600 million.
Position 1: People’s Operation Officer
Qualification and Experience: First Degree in Management /Human Resource Management. 3 years’ experience in people’s Operation / Human Resource Management function
Soft qualities required: Integrity, quick to respond, cooperative and stress tolerance
Age: Not more than 35
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Officer, Digital Strategy, planning & Product Development
Qualification and Experience: Masters or First Degree in Computer Science, IT Technology – related fields Business Administration, product Development or related fields 3 years’ relevant experience for MBA or MSC & 5 years relevant Experience for BA with relevant insurance experience
Preferable experience in
- Developing & project executing digital strategies
- Leading product development & Project management
- Conducting market research & analyzing digital trends
Soft qualities required: Integrity, quick to respond, cooperative and stress tolerance
Age: Not more than 35
