Duties and Responsibility
- Preparing/reviewing the Bills of Quantities, baseline work schedule, completion report, monthly report;
- Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports;
- Verify and certify consultants’ and contractors’ interim applications for payment and issue payment certificates;
- Review and assess consultants’ and contractors’ claims;
- Can mobilize and work in Degahbour Town within 7 days;
Required Qualification
- English proficiency in both written and spoken is a must, good mastery of mathematics and EXCEL skills;
- Minimum 6 years of Office Engineer experience in the construction business is required;
- A BSc in cost estimation and a relevant major is a must;
