Sales and Marketing head for Gift Building Material Manufacturing plc
- Developing, and implementing the sales and marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
- Develop Sales and marketing annual plan to meet goals.
- Carrying out continuous assessment of opportunities, understand customers requirement, market trends and suggest system level improvements to achieve company’s sales target.
- Gathering, summarizing and analyzing market data and trends to report and update the sales plan timely manner.
- Prepare periodical reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual and Annual reports).
- Liaising with internal functional departments like production operation, procurement, finance, quality and design teams and other key stakeholders so as to be a bridge with external environment.
- Maintain and update industry knowledge, products and services company provide to respective customers.
- Perform other Job-related duties as required by company
Job Requirements
BA Degree in marketing management or related field of study with 5 years relevant experience in sales of Building materials, finishing furniture, fabricated steel and aluminum products.
Skills Required.
- Persuading and communication skill.
- Salesman ship and interpersonal skill.
- Multi-tasking and analytical skill.
